Saturday Night Live creates Alaska Airlines parody commercial

It’s been a rough stretch for Alaska Airlines.

Last year, an ex-Alaska pilot was accused of trying to cut the engines of a flight while riding in an extra seat in the cockpit. Then, earlier this month, a door plug blew off a flight after takeoff.

That obviously caught the attention of Saturday Night Live. The show was back this weekend and put together one of their commercial parodies, this time for Alaska Airlines. SNL took on both incidents and even incorporated a throwback to hero pilot “Sully” Sullenberger.

Let’s just say they didn’t hold back on this one.
